A convenient way to move your car for service
Our car pickup service in Dubai provides a professional driver to move your own roadworthy vehicle under an agreed plan. It can save you from spending part of the day delivering the car to a garage, returning home and travelling back again after the work is complete. Choose delivery, collection or a planned pickup-and-return arrangement.
We provide driving only. We do not provide a tow truck, repair the vehicle, approve workshop charges or act as the garage. The car must be safe and legal to drive to the chosen facility.
Details needed for an accurate garage quote
Send the vehicle pickup point, garage or service-centre name, correct branch, appointment date and time, expected handover procedure and whether the car must be returned after service. Include the service adviser’s name or booking reference if available. Tell us whether the driver needs to wait or whether collection will happen later.
The route, number of movements and waiting time determine the suitable booking. A simple delivery may fit a one-way or hourly arrangement. A long inspection or uncertain completion time may require separate delivery and return bookings.
A careful key and condition handover
Before collection, remove valuables and unnecessary personal items. Note the fuel or battery level, mileage and visible condition, and take your own timestamped photographs if you want a record. Provide the correct key and any access card needed to leave your building or parking area.
At the garage, decide who is authorised to receive the vehicle and whether the driver may sign only a basic delivery acknowledgement. Repair approvals, payment decisions and warranty discussions should be handled by you directly. Keep your phone available during both handovers.

Ask on WhatsAppDriveable vehicle, not recovery transport
The car must be roadworthy, registered for lawful use and able to reach the facility safely. If it has a serious warning, damaged tyre, steering or braking problem, fluid leak or any condition that makes driving unsafe, arrange appropriate recovery or towing instead. Do not ask a driver to move a vehicle that should not be on the road.
Describe known issues before booking. We can decide whether the driving request is suitable, but this is not a mechanical assessment. If a problem becomes apparent during movement, the driver may stop and contact you rather than continue unsafely.
Delivery, waiting and return options
For a scheduled maintenance visit, you may ask the driver to deliver the car and finish the booking at the garage. You can arrange a later collection after the facility confirms completion. If the work is expected to be quick, an hourly booking may cover waiting and return, provided the duration is realistic and confirmed.
Avoid promising a collection time until the garage says the vehicle is ready and any payment or release requirement is complete. Waiting charges or extra hours should be understood before the booking. Send the final release confirmation before dispatching the driver.
Who handles garage approval and payment?
You remain responsible for choosing the garage, describing the required work, approving estimates, paying invoices and resolving any dispute about repair quality or timing. The driver can deliver or collect the car under your instructions but should not be expected to make technical or financial decisions for you.
If the garage requires written authorisation, identification, a payment receipt or a named collection person, arrange that directly. Confirm its current policy before booking the driver. A failed handover caused by missing authorisation can add time and may require another journey.
How car movement differs from passenger pickup
This service is about moving your vehicle to or from a garage, inspection facility or agreed location. It is separate from school or office pickup-and-drop service, where passengers and recurring timetables are the main purpose. Keeping the intent clear helps us prepare the correct quote, contact process and handover plan.
If you also need to travel with the car, mention it. Passenger seating, personal belongings and the final route may change the arrangement. If the vehicle is not driveable, use a recovery provider rather than booking driver-only movement.
Complete the return handover properly
Before collection, confirm that the garage has finished its work, payment has cleared and the car is authorised for release. Provide the collection desk, adviser, key process and any documents the driver must present. Ask the garage to identify new warnings or driving instructions following the repair.
When the vehicle returns, inspect it, check that the key and workshop paperwork are present and confirm completion. Questions about the repair should go to the garage. For future visits, keep a simple handover checklist so the route, contacts and authorisations are ready before the driver is dispatched.
Reduce delays before the driver is dispatched
Call the garage before pickup and verify that the appointment or collection is active. Confirm its correct branch, vehicle entry point, adviser, working hours and release process. A workshop name may have several Dubai locations, and sending a driver to the wrong one creates avoidable time and cost.
Keep both the garage and vehicle handover contacts reachable. If access to your parking requires registration, a security code or advance notice, arrange it before the confirmed pickup time. Clear access at both ends helps the movement remain within the agreed duration.
