Our airport pickup and drop driver service in Dubai is for travellers who already have a suitable vehicle available. We provide the professional driver. You, your family or your company provides the roadworthy car used for the journey. This is not a taxi, limousine or vehicle-included airport transfer.
For departure, the driver can take you to the terminal in your car under the agreed plan. For arrival, a pickup can be considered when the vehicle is already available and an authorised person can arrange its handover. Explain the full vehicle plan before booking so the journey can be confirmed accurately.
Departure drop-off planning
Send the airport, terminal, flight departure time, preferred arrival time, pickup address, passenger count and luggage details. Allow enough time for traffic, terminal access and airline check-in. The driver can follow the confirmed route and drop-off plan, but airline deadlines and road conditions remain outside the service.
Also explain what should happen to the car after you enter the terminal. A family member may travel with you, the driver may return the car to an agreed address, or another authorised handover may be arranged. Each extra movement adds time and should appear in the quote.
How an airport arrival pickup works
An arrival pickup needs more planning than a normal one-way journey because FWF does not arrive in a company-owned airport-transfer vehicle. Confirm where the car will be parked or released, who holds the key, who may authorise the driver and where the traveller should meet after leaving the terminal.
Provide the flight number as useful timing information, but do not assume automatic live flight monitoring. The booking contact should update us about delays, terminal changes and baggage progress. Airport parking, access fees and waiting time should be considered when choosing the service duration.

No automatic flight tracking or name-board service
FWF does not promise real-time flight tracking, a chauffeur waiting inside arrivals with a name board or a luxury vehicle supplied for the pickup. If any special meeting arrangement is requested, it must be discussed and confirmed separately before travel.
The practical option is usually a clear phone and WhatsApp handover after the passenger reaches an agreed public pickup point. Keep the traveller, vehicle contact and booking contact reachable. Exact meeting rules can change by airport and terminal, so follow current signs and staff instructions on the day.
Choose one-way, hourly or daily service
A direct Dubai journey may start from AED 80, depending on the exact route and confirmed service. Choose hourly service from AED 65 per hour with a three-hour minimum when the driver must wait, return the car or complete additional stops. A daily booking starts at AED 400 for up to ten hours.
Airport travel involving another emirate, long waiting periods or several vehicle movements requires a route-specific quote. Share everything at the start instead of booking a simple drop-off and adding an unplanned return later.
Passengers, luggage and vehicle capacity
You are responsible for supplying a car with enough legal seats and luggage space. Count suitcases, cabin bags, child seats, mobility equipment and any oversized items before booking. The driver cannot make an unsuitable car larger or carry items that block visibility or safe vehicle operation.
Install child restraints before pickup and keep essential travel documents with the passengers, not loose in the boot. If the car uses a restricted parking card or building access permit, make it available for the planned return journey.
Early-morning and late-night airport journeys
Booking requests can be made 24 hours a day, but a request is not confirmed until you receive the final details. Reserve fixed airport travel ahead where possible, especially for early departures, late arrivals, weekends and public holidays.
Recheck the reporting time, terminal and vehicle location before the journey. If the airline changes the schedule, contact us promptly. We will review the update against driver availability and the confirmed duration rather than assuming that every delay can be absorbed automatically.
Airport service for families and companies
Families can use the service when their own car needs to return home after a departure or be available for an arrival. Companies can arrange an executive airport journey using a company-provided vehicle and a central booking contact. In both cases, the responsible person should control the key and timing instructions.

Keep costs and responsibilities clear
The driver-service quote does not automatically include airport parking, tolls, fuel, charging, valet fees or government and facility charges. Those costs relate to the supplied vehicle and journey unless your confirmation says otherwise. The vehicle owner remains responsible for legal use, documents and permission for the assigned driver.
If the car cannot be driven safely, arrange suitable recovery rather than an airport driver. Check fuel or battery range before departure and provide any parking or access instructions needed for the vehicle’s return.
