Driver support for a planned vehicle visit
FWF can provide a professional driver to take your own eligible, roadworthy car to an agreed vehicle inspection or registration-related visit in Dubai. The booking may cover vehicle pickup, travel to the selected centre, waiting where agreed and return after the visit. It is a driver service designed to save you time on the physical vehicle movement.
FWF is an independent private business. We are not Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority, do not represent it and cannot make decisions on its behalf. Always check current official requirements before arranging the journey.
What you must confirm before booking
Confirm which transaction or inspection your vehicle needs, whether the selected centre handles it, whether an appointment is required and what documents, insurance, identification, authorisation or digital steps apply. Requirements can differ by vehicle and transaction and may change. Use official RTA information or contact the selected centre for current instructions.
Tell us the exact branch, date, appointment time and expected process. Do not assume that a driver can complete an owner-only step or sign on your behalf. Any required authorisation must be valid and arranged by you before pickup.
Documents and access remain your responsibility
Prepare the vehicle registration details and any documents, approvals, insurance evidence, booking reference or authorisation required by the official process. Share only what is necessary and use secure methods for sensitive information. If an original document must travel with the car, record what you hand over and confirm its return.
If the centre requires the registered owner to attend, verify whether driver-only movement still helps. We can deliver the car or support the agreed journey, but we cannot override identity checks, ownership rules or transaction restrictions.

Ask on WhatsAppGovernment and testing fees are separate
Our quote covers the professional driving service stated in your confirmation. Vehicle testing charges, registration fees, fines, insurance, tolls, parking, fuel, repair work and any government or third-party payment are separate. Arrange a clear way to pay the official charges when required.
Do not hand over an unrestricted payment method without understanding the transaction. Where possible, complete owner payments through official channels or agree a documented limit and process. If a fee or requirement is unexpected, the driver should contact you rather than authorise it independently.
Inspection results cannot be guaranteed
The relevant testing facility or authority decides whether a vehicle passes inspection and whether a registration-related transaction can proceed. FWF cannot guarantee approval, a pass result, a particular waiting time or completion on the first visit. The vehicle’s condition, documents, insurance, outstanding requirements and official systems can all affect the outcome.
If the car does not pass or the transaction cannot be completed, decide whether it should return to you, go to an agreed garage or remain at an authorised location. Any extra movement must be confirmed and may require a revised quote.
Prepare a safe, driveable vehicle
The car must be safe and legal to drive to the centre. Check fuel or battery charge, tyres, lights and obvious warning indicators. Remove valuables and unnecessary personal items, note mileage and condition, and provide the correct key. If the vehicle cannot be driven safely, arrange suitable towing or recovery instead.
An inspection booking is not permission to drive an unsafe vehicle on public roads. Describe known problems before requesting service. We may decline driver-only movement when the vehicle condition makes the journey unsuitable.
Plan pickup, waiting and return
Send the pickup location, centre and branch, appointment or opening information, required arrival time, estimated duration and return destination. Explain who will release the car and who will receive it afterward. If you expect the driver to wait, allow for queues and understand how extra time will be handled.
For a smoother visit, keep the owner or authorised contact reachable. The centre may ask a question or identify a missing step. Quick contact helps you decide what to do without asking the driver to make an official, legal or financial decision for you.
Use official information for current RTA requirements
Vehicle procedures, service-centre availability, opening hours, eligibility and fees can change. Check the official Dubai RTA website or contact the relevant approved centre shortly before the appointment. Avoid relying only on an old article, an outdated online summary or another business’s description of a time-sensitive government process.
Our role begins after you have confirmed the correct visit and prepared the car. Send the complete route, preferred pickup time and expected return plan to receive a driver quote. The booking confirmation will describe our independent driving service; it does not replace official instructions, official authorisation or guarantee the result of the transaction.
Decide in advance what happens if the visit cannot finish
Create a fallback instruction before the driver leaves. If the centre cannot process the vehicle, should it return to the pickup point, wait while you resolve a document issue, or travel to another agreed location? The driver should not choose a new centre or authorise an unplanned transaction without your confirmation.
Keep enough time in the booking for the likely outcome and remain available by phone. A clear fallback protects the vehicle, avoids open-ended waiting and makes any additional journey easier to price and confirm.
